We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and desires. You will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to effectively guide customers through the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities and assist customers in evaluating options.
  • Discuss financing and leasing options, including terms, interest rates, and monthly payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after vehicle purchase, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales transactions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales required with 3 years experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily takes place in a showroom or dealership environment.
  • May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and dealership hours.
  • Interaction with diverse customers and colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
